The property was then acquired on behalf of the UK's 5th largest accountants, BDO Stoy Hayward. Gerver Freedman advised BDO Stoy Hayward throughout on the acquisition.
35 Oval Road, London Acting on behalf of Central Investment Properties Ltd., Gerver Freedman have pre-let the entire ground floor of the new "Lockhouse" development at 35 Oval Road. The accommodation which has a frontage to Regents Canal is approximately 16,500 sq ft and has been let to the highly successful T.V. production company Hattrick Productions Ltd., on a new twenty year lease at a rental of £35 per sq ft.
