Gerver Freedman & Company is an independent firm of commercial estate agents and surveyors. The company was established in 1985 by partners, Anthony Gerver and Michael Freedman.

Anthony Gerver was previously a partner with commercial property consultants, Smith Melzack & Co, progressing from office negotiator to full equity partner over a period of 15 years.

Michael Freedman was a partner at commercial property consultants, Michael Laurie & Partners, previously having been with Smith Melzack & Co.

The Partners' collective commercial property experience has given them unique expertise in all aspects of commercial agency, particularly within the London Office Property Market.

Gerver Freedman has detailed local knowledge in all aspects of commercial property throughout London's West End, Midtown, Mayfair, and West London, as well as having experience throughout Greater London and the Home Counties.
